Week 7 Update
Arsenal 1.....Hull Bloody City 2.....how did that happen?? Those 2 away goals deprived me of at least share of the top prize this month!! :-(
Monthly
Anyway, the show goes on, and this months champion manager is.....David Bowyer, who storms to the top, taking it by 8 points from 2nd placed Margins-maestro Jonny, and Chav-bling Burberry Merchant, Lucy in 3rd.
Sharing 4th place are Rob and Jason.
There's a 3-way tie with Gary, Hairy-Gav and yours truly each taking a slice of £5....whoopy-doo!! :-)
Vish ends the month at the bottom of the pile!!
Yearly
JonB from Bolton still leads but his lead has been cut to just 5 points, with Rob closing in 2nd place!
Bowyer climbs to 3rd, with Jason just a point behind in 4th and Gary a further 2 points back in 5th. He has a 15 point cushion over Elliott in 6th, with yours truly a further point behind in 7th!!
Young cricket sensation Vish shows he's got a bit to learn about football as he languishes in last place!
Money
Still a worrying lack of next instalments....can you all please check the money sheet to see if you are due to make your next payment!!
All this months winnings have been paid out as per the winners page on the weekly spreadsheet.

Next payout day is Wednesday 5th November 2008!! This will include all matches played up to 3rd November 2008.
Transfers
The first transfer window opens at the end of the month, so time to start thinking about the changes you might want to make. Just to clarify that this season you can make up to 3 changes to your team in each transfer window. I'll try and get an updated player list on the site for next week. All changes must be notified to me via email no later than 17:30 on Friday 7th November!!
